Online store software
Our webshop is developed on the basis of WordPress / WooCommerce software by Cognito Concepts. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Cognito Concepts has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Cognito Concepts is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Cognito Concepts uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Our webshop has been developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Web hosting
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Cognito Concepts. Cognito Concepts processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Cognito Concepts has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Cognito Concepts is bound by the confidentiality agreement.
Email and mailing lists
The e-mail traffic that informs you about your orders on our website - web forms, confirmation e-mails, etc. - is sent via software and Shopify's servers. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes.
Email newsletters and mailing lists are sent and maintained by Mailerlite's software and servers. Mailerlite will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via Mailerlite you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website.
Both Cognito and Mailerlite store your personal data securely. Cognito and Malerlite use cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Cognito and Malerlite reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.
Use of the services of Cognito Concepts for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Cognito Concepts has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
payment processors
Depending on the payment method you choose, we use the platforms of Mollie & Shopify Pay to handle the payments in our webshop. Mollie & Shopify Pay process your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Both Mollie & Shopify Pay have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. If you place an order with us, it will be produced and shipped by an official manufacturer of cycling clothing. To keep track of our administration and accounting, we use the services of WooCommerce software that is managed and maintained by Cognito Concepts. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected.
