How on earth do you get a shirt/jacket like that????

Sometimes just through riders, other collectors and sometimes just pure coincidence.

In this case it was pure coincidence !!!!!!!!!!

I made a 250 km bike ride over the Veluwe (from Apeldoorn to Apeldoorn) and almost at the end of the ride I passed a factory KELA TAPIJT. Well-known name, I thought, cycling team ?????

When I got home I consulted some cycling yearbooks and yes, there you have it… a cycling team from 1973.

So a note to the factory, through them I came into contact with the former team leader and he referred me to Peter van Stralen from Hippolytushoef.

He was eventually able to help me with these shirts, so we went on another bike ride there too.
