There were constant financial problems, 4 days before the start of the 1995 Tour de France, LE GROUPEMENT withdrew or pulled the plug on the team.

End of LE GROUPEMENT and for some older riders also the end of their cycling career.

Despite all the problems, the riders still managed to achieve 9 victories.
