CC BOURGAS 2009

Bulgaarse ploeg met een Belgische ploegleider (Franky van Haesebroucke) en 2 Belgische renners.

Dit shirt heb ik gekregen van Rob Woestenborghs, een Duathleet die indertijd in Vosselaar woonde, dus het shirt ging ik op de fiets ophalen.

Met de BOURGAS ploeg wilde hij door veel koersen te rijden zijn onderdeel fietsen sterk verbeteren, helaas viel hij tijdens de Omloop der Kempen behoorlijk hard, er werd zelfs voor zijn leven gevreesd. Na zijn revalidatie won hij als amateur nog enkele wedstrijden en ging verder als Duathleet.

Hij veroverde nadien nog meerdere Wereld en Europese titels in de Duathlon
